All senior training faculty at BCA have over 15 years of industry experience. Students are trained not just in technique, but in the professional standards and kitchen discipline expected in five-star and international kitchen environments.
On-campus hostel accommodation is available on a sharing basis for students relocating to Bangalore for their programme.
BCA's campus is on Dasarahalli Main Road in Hebbal Kempapura. For students based in Bengaluru or relocating from other cities, the campus is straightforward to reach.
